Obituary

Carol L. Blondeaux, 59, of Ford City, died unexpectedly on Thursday, January 12, 2023, in her home.

Born September 22, 1963, in Kittanning, she was a daughter of the late Raymond Ross and Frances T. (Petrosky) Blondeaux.

Carol was employed by the United States Postal Service, as a postmaster of the Worthington Post Office.  

She was Catholic by faith, and formerly attended Christ, Prince of Peace Church in Ford City.

Carol was a fun-loving person with a happy and positive attitude.  She loved her family, and had a heart of gold.  Her son was everything to her.  She enjoyed attending "Paint and Sit" parties and going to the beach.  Known to be quite lucky, she also like gambling.  Carol had a "green thumb" and loved tending to her flowers.

She is survived by her son, Ross M. Sheasley of Ford City; her sister, Helen M. (Rick) McDonald of Allegheny Township; and her nephew, Mike (Krissy) Cooper.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Walbert.
