John Martin Gaiser, 51, of Cadogan, died Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at UPMC Shadyside.
Born October 26, 1966, in Kittanning, he was the son of William L. Gaiser, of Cadogan, and the late Emily M. (Bogusloski) Gaiser.
John worked for Perilstein Glass Company, Cheswick. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and a beneficial member of the Eagles. He also belonged to Cadogan Field and Stream. John enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his friends and family.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Martina Nicole Gaiser of Ford Cliff; a sister, Lama Jean (Bob) Bureau of Cadogan; a niece, Molly Bureau; and a nephew, Randy Bureau.
In addition to his mother, John was preceded in death by a nephew, Nicholas Robert Bureau; his maternal grandparents, John and Clara Bogusloski; and his paternal grandparents, Martin and Grace Gaiser.
Friends will be welcomed from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Friday, in the Welch Funeral Home, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City. Prayers of transfer will be offered at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, in the funeral home, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., at St. Lawrence Church, Cadogan, with Father Alan Grote as celebrant.
