Nancy E. Heffelfinger, 71, of Plumcreek Township, died Monday, July 23, 2018, in ACMH Hospital.
Born March 29, 1947, in Jeannette, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Myrtle (Young) Veahman.
Nancy was a former school bus driver for Shriver Bus Lines. She enjoyed riding her horses and going to horse shows, and loved to do cooking, baking, and camping.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Heffelfinger; a granddaughter, Faith Freeman; two sisters, Paula Fox of Plumcreek Township and Roberta Beaver of Harrison City and two brothers, Frank Veahman of Hookstown and Louis Veahman of Jacksonville, FL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, David Adam Heffelfinger; brothers, Roy, Phillip, Edward, Clyde and Harry Veahman; sisters, Veronica Conjalko and Deborah Negich; and a half sister, Flora Miller.
Friends will be welcomed from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Saturday, in the Welch Funeral Home, 1032 Fourth Avenue, Ford City, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Sunday, with Rev.
