Pauline Cousins, 82, of North Buffalo Township, died Saturday, December 29, 2018, in Heritage Meadows Personal Care Home.
Born August 25, 1936, in DuBois, she was a daughter of the late Ernest Wilhelm and Rachel Elizabeth Wellde.
Mrs. Cousins worked as a seamstress for Big River. She was a member of North Buffalo Grace Brethren Church. She and her husband were caretakers at the Rustic Acres Campground in Clarion. Pauline enjoyed making ceramic crafts. She also loved music, and played the accordion, organ, steel guitar, the Hawaiian guitar and acoustic guitar.
She is survived by her stepchildren, David D. (Sharyl) Cousins, Richard (Cathy) Cousins, Carol Schaeffer, and Gaye (Tim) Porter, all of North Buffalo Township; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Cousins, Jr., and a step-grandson, Robert Cousins.
Friends will be welcomed from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday, in the Welch Funeral Home, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City, and from 10-11 a.m., Friday, at North Buffalo Grace Brethren Church. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., in the church, with Rev. James Rose officiating. Interment will follow in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
