Brian Lee  Hoak, 46, of Ford Cliff, died Thursday, July 19, 2018 in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born August 23, 1971 in Kittanning,son of Judy Hoak.

Brian attended the First Church of Ford City. He was employed as a truck driver for Myers Well Service of Export.  He enjoyed his children and grand daughter, they were his life. He enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle and was a very good baseball player in his high school years..

He was a member of the Ford City Eagles and CU Club and the Kittanning Elks.

Surviving are his mother, Judy (Hoak) Slee of Ford Cliff, step father, Sam Slee of Ford Cliff,  daughter, Emily Hoak of Kittanning, son, Evan Hoak of Ford Cliff,  step son, Matthew Farella of Leechburg, step daughter, Rachel Farella of Freeport, children's mother, Shannon Coward, sister, Jamie Slee Myers of Kittanning, step sister, Trena Slee of Kittanning, step sister, Mindy Kline of Kittanning, granddaughter, Adalynn Rusak, nephew/brother Jacob Slee and his favorite uncle John Hoak.

Brian was preceded in death by grandfather, William K. Hoak and grandmother, Ruth (Hoak) Dosch.

Friends will be welcomed  at the at the Welch Funeral Home, Ford City, on Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm where services
 will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 11:00 am.
