Benjamin J. Hankey Obituary

Benjamin J. Hankey, 61, of Shelocta, died Sunday, March 6, 2022, in the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana.

He was born November 19, 1960, in Kittanning.

Benjamin was the former owner of Heaven Sent Ice Cream in the Pittsburgh Mills Mall. He loved bowling, watching Nascar, watching football, hockey, and listening to music. He also loved his children and his dogs.

He is survived by his mother, Donna Hankey of Virginia; one daughter, Brooke Hankey of Ford City; one son, Westley Hankey of Ford City; two brothers, Philip and Jeffrey Hankey, both of Virginia; and his significant other, Jayne Musacchia.

Benjamin was preceded in death by father, Josephas Hankey, and one brother, Barry Hankey.
