Charles D. "Chuck" Rice, 70, of Ford City, died, Monday, February 19, 2024, at his residence.
He was born July 8, 1953, in Allison Park, son of the late Lawrence and Rosella (Ketter) Rice, Sr.
Chuck was a member of the Crooked Creek United Presbyterian Church. He worked as both a welder and auto mechanic.
He loved to be with his family. He enjoyed his dogs, doing home projects, gardening and wood working.
Surviving are his wife, Christie Diane (Deemer) Rice of Ford City; four daughters: Rebecca (Josh) Momany of Poland, Ohio, Holly (Rob) Killmer of New Wilmington, Deanna Doble, and Lauren Rice; two step-daughters: Amy Brumbaugh and April Urik; one granddaughter, Samantha Camp; and a sister, Joanne Anderson.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Lawrence Rice, Jr.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 11 a.m., at Crooked Creek United Presbyterian Church, with Pastor Marty Neal officiating.
