Cynthia (McCarthy) Wolfe

Cynthia Wolfe, 73, formerly of Ford City, died Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Magnolia Place in Saxonburg.

Born March 18, 1952, in Kittanning, she was a daughter of the late Donald P. McCarthy, Sr., and Leona Gayle (Crownover) McCarthy.

Cindy was a loving wife and mother, and enjoyed shopping, going for car rides, and dining out.

She is survived by her son, Mark Wolfe; a brother, Pat McCarthy; a sister, Debi (Bud) Beckett; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Terry and Kay Wolfe.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie “Les” Wolfe, and two brothers, Danny and Matt McCarthy.

Friends will be welcomed from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at Welch Funeral Service, LLC, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City.  A blessing service will follow at 11 a.m., with The Very Rev. Eric J. Dinga officiating.  Interment in Ford City Cemetery.  To share memories or condolences, please visit www.welchfh.com.
