Evelyn E. Twigg Obituary

Evelyn E. Twigg, 84, of Ford City, died February 29, 2024, in ACMH Hospital.

Born October 19, 1939, in Kittanning, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Hazel (Stover) Fennell.

She graduated from Ford City High in 1957, then attended IUP. Mrs. Twigg was employed by the Diocese of Greensburg, having taught at St. Mary's School in Kittanning. She retired in 1987. After retirement, she worked at Jamesway and Trader Horn.

She is survived by her son, Dr. Paul Twigg, and his wife, Janet Steele, of Kearney, NE, and a sister-in-law, Patty Fennell of Ford City.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Orland Twigg, and her brother, Harry Fennell.
