Frank S. Marcinek, 77, of Ford City, died Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at his home.
Born May 8, 1943, in Kittanning, he was a son of the late John and Anna (Choltko) Marcinek.
Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and served as a guard at the grave of John F. Kennedy in Arlington National Cemetery.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Allegheny Ludlum. He was a member of the former Holy Trinity Church in Ford City. Frank was an avid weightlifter, and loved going for rides. He was a loving and caring person who truly loved his family.
He is survived by his wife, Colleen (Brauers) Marcinek, whom he married on December 7, 1968; his daughter, Jill Marcinek of Ford City, his son, Jonathan Marcinek of Worthington; two brothers, Richard Marcinek of Ford City, and Steve (Karen) Marcinek of Ford City; and a sister-in-law, Kathy Marcinek of Kittanning.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Paul Marcinek.
