Jeffery Todd Adams, 66, of Ford City, went to his heavenly home on Monday, July 31, 2023, after a long illness.
He was born November 27, 1956, in Kittanning, a son of the late James Heilman and Nancy A. (Stitt) Heilman, who survives.
Jeff was an avid NASCAR fan who pulled for Sterling Marlin and hardly ever missed a race on Sundays. He loved traveling and going to the beach and lake. Jeff attended many country concerts, with Gary Allan being his favorite artist. And of course, he loved Steelers football. He and his daughter, Robyn, shared a love for the Steelers and Terry Bradshaw.
Jeff owned and operated JT’s Auto Sales along with his son, James. Jeff has two grandsons, Jax and Ronin, whom he loved very much, along with his four children: Robyn (Christopher) Harris of Kittanning, James Adams of New Kensington, William Adams of Kittanning, and Kyle (Laura) Nettles of Wake Forest, NC.
Besides his mother, children, and grandsons, Jeff leaves behind his wife, Camie L. Adams; brothers: Ron (Vicky) Stitt of Tarentum, Terry (Joanne) Adams of East Brunswick, NJ, Keith (Barb) Heilman of Kittanning, and Philip (Kim) Heilman of Ford City; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Heilman, and a brother, George W. Adams.
As per Jeff’s wishes, there will be no public services. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Welch Funeral Service, LLC, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City. To share memories or condolences, please visit www.welchfh.com.
