Kevin W. James

Kevin W. James, 68, of Ford City (formerly of Vandergrift), died July 8, 2024, in his home.

Born December 29, 1955, in Glassport, he was a son of the late William and Sarah (Davis) James.

He was a 1974 graduate of South Allegheny High School, and graduated from Edinboro University.  Kevin served as a head chef for Three Rivers Stadium Ballroom, Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, and Seven Springs Resort.  He and his wife were also former owners of The Bending Room in Ford City.  He was also a fan of blues music.

He is survived by his wife, Dianne “D.D.” (Vereb) James; two sons: Christopher (Justine) James of Holiday Park, and Nicholas James of Ford City; and a brother, Ric (Penny) James of Wilkes-Barre.
