Nancy E. Cochran, 70, of Kittanning, died Sunday, July 30, 2023, in her home.
Born October 27, 1952, in Kittanning, she was a daughter of the late Owen Blaine and Martha (Rupert) Cochran.
She was a member of Appleby Manor United Presbyterian Church. She was also a life member of the Ford Cliff Fire Dept. Ladies' Auxiliary, and a member of the Manor Township Fire Dept.
Nancy had formerly worked at McDonald's at the Franklin Village Mall.
Nancy is survived by her brothers and sisters: Leslie Cochran of Ford City, Rick (Sue) Cochran of Ford Cliff, Sue (Larry) Crownover of Freeport, Doug (Deb) Cochran of Ford City; Robin White of Kittanning, and Joyce Gabler of Kittanning; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David Erin Cochran; a sister, Marlene Kunselman; a sister-in-law, Barb Cochran, brothers-in-law, Jim Kunselman and John Gabler; and a niece, Laurie Beabout.
Friends will be welcomed from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Welch Funeral Service, LLC, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, with Rev. Ed Walters officiating. Interment will follow in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
