Richard Lewis Hagofsky, 76, of Kittanning, died Saturday, April 17, 2021, in ACMH Hospital.
Born July 7, 1944, in Ford City, he was a son of the late Andrew and Luella (Grafton) Hagofsky.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served during the Vietnam War. He retired from Eljer Plumbingware, Ford City, on August 26, 1993.
He loved spending time with his dog, "Bear" and watching television.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Montgomery) Hagofsky of Kittanning; his daughter, Jamie Hagofsky of Kittanning; a granddaughter, Tabitha Fox; and two sisters, Lillian Goldinger of Ford City, and Ruth Wolfe of Ford Cliff.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Andrew M. Hagofsky, Jr., and two sisters, Josephine Hutchison and Elizabeth Volkman.
Friends will be welcomed from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Friday, in the Welch Funeral Home, 1032 Fourth Ave. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, in the funeral home, with Rev.
