Roy H. "June" Miller, Jr.

Roy H. "June" Miller, Jr., 91, of Marienville, formerly of Ford City, died Saturday, October 14, 2017, in the Shippenville Health and Rehabilitation Center, Shippenville, PA.

He was born June 25, 1926, in Manorville, a son of the late Roy and Goldie (Lukehart) Miller.

A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the Kittanning V.F.W.

Roy retired from Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation, West Leechburg, in 1983.

He is survived by one sister, Leatrice Porterfield of Kittanning.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Charles W. Miller, Beverly Miloser, Eugene Miller, Melvin Miller, Shirley Paglisotti, Delores Walker, and Ronald Miller.

At Mr. Miller's request, there will be no public visitation or services. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates. Arrangements are in the care of Welch Funeral Home, Ford City.
