Thea Eleanor Czekanski

Thea Eleanor Czekanski,  passed away April 27, 2023 in West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born April 20, 2023 in Pittsburgh, daughter of Joshua Alan and Chauncy (Reed) Czekanski. .

Surviving are her parents of Ford City, her paternal grandmother, Denise Czekanski of Ford City,  uncles, Alan Reed, Jeremy (Holly) Reed, Steven Clair (Melissa) Czekanski, Jacob (Stephanie) Czekanski and aunt, Katherine Jane Czekanski.

Thea was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, John F. Czekanski, Sr., maternal grandfather, Fergus Reed, maternal grandmother, Patricia Reed, maternal great grandmother, Eva Reed and uncle, Michael Reed.

Baby Thea was the bravest, strongest little girl who brought so much joy and love into the lives she touched. The time spent with baby Thea put a mark on our hearts forever.  She will forever be loved by her parents, family and friends. Matthew 19:14 Jesus said “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”  
 
Friends will be welcomed  at the Welch Funeral Service LLC., 1032 Fourth Avenue, Ford City, on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. where services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am with Pastor James Rose officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell, PA.
