William C. Seybert, Jr., 56, of Ford City, died November 17, 2024 at his residence following a long term illness and is joining his beloved Aunt Sherry Pleacher and his grandparents in Heaven.
He was born January 1, 1968 in Kittanning, son of William C. and Carroll G. (Pleacher) Seybert Sr.
Will was a member of the North Buffalo Grace Brethren Church. He graduated from Ford City High School in 1986 where he was a member of the National Honor Society and then graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008. He worked as a registered nurse in the ICU unit of Shadyside Hospital.
He worked golf tournaments for Make A Wish and worked with youth with the Word of Life Ministries. He was a member of the NRA and was a season ticket holder for the Pittsburgh Penguins. He loved sports and enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing with his dad. He was a staunch lover of the USA.
Surviving are his parents of Kittanning, one sister, Amy (Lawrence) Seybert-Kobulinsky of Pittsburgh, one neice and one nephew, Julia & Larry Kobulinsky, his uncle Tim (Kelly) Pleacher and cousins Jahaziel (Jay) Pleacher, Janelle Pleacher-Spencer and beloved Javaya Spencer.
Visitation and services will be held privately. Internment will take place in the Homewood Baptist Cemetery, Bethel Township. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Welch Funeral Service LLC of Ford City.
