Zachary D. Simmons

Zachary D. Simmons, 23, of Ford City, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at his home.

Born September 14, 1994, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of David and Stacy (McCune) Simmons, of Ford City, who survive him.

Zack was employed by West Penn Power. Prior to that, he worked for Bradigan's Heating and Air Conditioning.

He enjoyed playing his guitar, riding his dirtbike, working on cars, and playing Xbox.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two sisters, Casey and Jamie Simmons, both of Ford City; many aunts and uncles, including Rennay Simmons and Shayne McCune and families; and many cousins.

Friends will be welcomed from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, in the Welch Funeral Home, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City. Services and interment will take place for his family privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
