William G. Hileman, 81, of Ford City, died Monday, August 14, 2017, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born September 11, 1935, in Manor Township, he was a son of the late William J. and Alice (Piper) Hileman.

Mr. Hileman was a member of Appleby Manor Presbyterian Church.

A truck driver for many years, he retired in 1999 from Bradigan's, Inc. Earlier in life, he was a dairy farmer and golf course groundskeeper. In addition to his family, he enjoyed his garden, his antique tractor, and hunting.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, B. Kay (Porter) Hileman; his children, Jeffrey, Jaye (Michele), Barbara (Keith) Miska, and John; grandchildren, Angela (Kevin) Blevins, Amanda (Quentin) Miska, Daniel (Mandy) Hileman, Jayme (Andrew) Cawthern, Andy Hileman, and Jacob (Maria) Hileman; great-grandchildren, Kaden, Ella, Aurora, Lyla, Avery, Gavin, Milena, and Owen; and his siblings, A. Eugene (Leila) Hileman, Ruth (Jim) Kelley, and Jane (Charlie) Darrow.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Chuckie.

Friends will be welcomed from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday, in the Welch Funeral Home, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, at Appleby Manor Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Lisa Lyon, officiating. There will be additional visitation at the church beginning one hour prior to the service. Interment in Ford City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Appleby Manor Presbyterian Church, 810 Main St., Ford City, PA 16226.
