Deepest sympathy to the family. The short while I got to know him at Concordia, these past couple years, I found him to be such a caring and loving person. I know he is at peace with out Heavenly Father.. Peace and comfort to you all.

I am the son of Charlotte A. Simmons and John K. Simmons. I was named after Tom Trevorrow and Cortlandt H. Byron. My mother always told me the stories and help they gave her at the Ford Memorial United Methodist Church in Ford City, where my fathers family attended for years. Mom was involved in the Sunday school classes. They were very much loved by her.

Cortlandt and Tom came into my thoughts 3 days ago, now I know why. I know God will bless him and welcome him home.
